Bath & blow dry
Starting from £35
Bath & blow dry
Using a range of high quality, delicious smelling products depending on your dogs coat type, or skin sensitivities. This service is for a deep, double shampoo and condition, followed by a blow out which will lock in the good smells and help your dog feel fresh and care free.
Regular customers will benefit from less hair around the house, keeping on top of the doggy smell, and discounts if booking in every 4 - 6 weeks.
Complimentary add on services
We don't usually offer these services on their own but offer them to add into a longer service.
Ear clean
A specifically formulated ear cleaning product, helps get rid of excess wax build up and keeps stinky ears under control.
Nail Trim
Safely clipped to the quick. If you know the history of how your dog handles a nail trim please let us know when booking.
Hair cuts
from £45 to £70
Full works
A Full Groom includes everything in the Bath package & Mini Trim, but also includes any length of hair from the body and leg too. This can either be a sculpted breed standard cut, or a personalised pet trim, or could be a fresh-start shave down. Prices vary for coat types, size and temperament of dog.
Mini Trim
Some dogs may not need a lot trimmed in order to be in tip-top condition, while higher maintenance coat types may prefer to alternate Full Grooms with a Mini Trim, to help to keep on top of things. It includes everything from a Bath package, and generally includes a trim around the eyes and mouth, a neaten between the toes, and tidy up of the hygiene area, but may slightly vary between breeds.
De-matting
Mats happen. Particularly if you have a woollen or combination coated breed, or severely impacted double coat. We never aim to shame, but we will offer free advice on best tools to be using at home between grooms and best techniques.
Depending on the severity of matting depends on the action that will need to be taken. We will do what we can to save a coat, but we will always put a dog's health and comfort above vanity.
Removal of undercoat
from £45 to £80
De-shed
Designed for double coated breeds that shed a lot of excess hair. The process helps remove excess hair that gets trapped in their coat. A De-shed can help stop matting of the undercoat, help the dog regulate its temperature, and lower the amount of shedding around the house and on the furniture. Especially during some breeds' seasonal molt, a good deshed can help a dog feel much more comfortable and keeps their coat in a glossy, healthy condition.
Hand Stripping
Specifically for wire coated, or some silk coated breeds. Hand stripping is a process where the downy undercoat is stripped out from under the dog's wiry guard hairs. This helps smooth out the coat, to look neater and less scrappy, while keeping its water resistant properties, or helps the dog regulate temperature. If your dog has never been hand stripped before please book an intro session some can assess your dog's coat and temperament.

Puppy / New Dog Intro
All about creating positive first impressions on a young or apprehensive dog, an intro session is designed to give your dog a chance to be amongst all of the new sounds, smells and experiences of the grooming salon. We introduce them to the sensation of a bath, the sound of the dryer, and get them used to being handled for nail clipping, etc. All done at a gentle pace with lots of cuddles, breaks, and treats to help build up their confidence and to create a great start to our ongoing friendship.
Regular customers
By using the same groomer, your dog bonds and builds trust, making the experience better and better going forward. The benefits to having a regular groom to their health and your house are fantastic too. From a groomers perspective it's also a lot easier to upkeep, then have to battle thick regrowth, mats and tangles that could cause your dog discomfort. Therefore we encourage regular returns. We suggest booking your next appointment when picking up.
