We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may sometimes change. However, to ensure the smooth running of our business and to accommodate a fair price and exceptional service to each and every client, we have established the following cancellation policy:
No-Show Policy:
Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
Out standing payments to be made via Bank Transfer as normal, or Cash at location before a future appointment can be booked. (Ref: Dog's name + date of cancelled appointment).
Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours Notice:
