New Client Form

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may sometimes change. However, to ensure the smooth running of our business and to accommodate a fair price and exceptional service to each and every client, we have established the following cancellation policy: 

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the grooming session. This is because we reserve this specific time slot just for your dog, which prevents us from offering it to another client and results in a complete loss of income for that period.

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice:

• If you need to cancel your appointment and provide less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the original appointment cost will be applied. This will allow us to at least use the time effectively towards a different area of the business.

Out standing payments to be made via Bank Transfer as normal, or Cash at location before a future appointment can be booked. (Ref: Dog's name + date of cancelled appointment).

Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours Notice:

• Please keep in mind that as our books are small, it may be challenging to fill your specific time slot even with some notice. However, if you provide more than 48 hours notice of cancellation, we will happily reschedule your appointment with no additional charge.
