We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos that are tailored to your pet's specific needs. For example, we use a hypoallergenic shampoo for pets with sensitive skin, special shampoo for brightening white coats, or extra hydrating for dry, brittle coats.
No, we do not offer mobile grooming services. All grooming appointments take place in our salon.
While skipping a bath will save on water and shampoo costs, forgoing a bath actually costs more time and money overall. We usually include a bath before all cuts as it prepares the hair so we can achieve a better finish on the dog, but also because using clipper blades or scissors on unclean hair blunts the blades quickly. Therefore the cost to send off our blades for sharpening outweighs the savings.
Teeth scaling is not something we currently offer, however if there is enough interest this is something we are looking into adding as a service, so please do register your interest with us and we can keep you in the loop.
Yes! We certainly can. However please be mindful the space is only big enough for one groomer so if your dog is over 16kg we won't be able to help lift your dog into the bath. If your dog cannot be tempted with treats etc, we may not be the best fit. Most of our current big boys know what they are doing and will happily jump in themselves.
